The Wind, the Rain, and the Sea

Cover me in the night
Hide me from the day
Leave me with no sight
For I fear to see the way.

Let the ocean boil
And take with it the land
I will say goodbye to soil
And drown in ocean sand.

Let the darkness take me
Let me feel the pain
It is all I know to be
Please let me feel the rain.

The storm is all around me
And all inside is fire
I will dive into the sea
And rest inside the mire.
