Face paint and noses do not describe
The grandeur and pomp in each sweet cheek
Oh how you’ll love him when he walks
Oh how he’ll be that thing you’ll seek.
He may have an ego the size of the sun
But his love for you children is desperate large
He may have a problem with awesome and fun
But things will be better when he is in charge.
I know that you wonder just how it can be
How can one man be so touching and strong?
But his magnificence is something to see
Of this I am sure that I am not wrong.
-Pour Le Clown
though my childhood fear of clowns remains unconvinced of your words nevertheless it is hard not to be moved by the human touch revealed
Although I make no claims about safety for anyone’s “sensibilities” if you want to see Le Clown… Look to the blogroll on the right… He is on fire.
Oh. I apologize, I did not know you were writing about a specific blogger, Thank you for the clarification!
Oh, no, I go out of my way to write about more than one thing at the same time, but the specific blogger was the inspiration…
=) Duly noted =P
I always knew those rodeo clowns would grab me up in a loving hug should I lean to far over the railing and fall into the arena with the rampaging bull!
Ha!
A Soul Walker,
I’ve never had a poem written about me. Now I know how a muse feels like.
Le Muse Clown
Do you feel beautiful? You should feel beautiful.
Reblogged this on A Clown On Fire and commented:
The first time a poet writes about Le Clown. On my resume, I can now write: I am a poem.
Nice.
Oh that was wonderful 🙂
Cookies are also wonderful. Now if we could just combine cookies and Le Clown I think we would have a winning combination. And everyone could keep their tops on (except Le Clown… because we all want to see the hot one-ab).
